Krasnodar, located in southern Russia, is the capital city and administrative center for the Krasnodar Krai region. A major tourist attraction, the territory is also one of the fastest-growing regions in Russia, with a large population that depends on its federal officials for safety and support. As such, the Chief Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory considers its communication standards a principal concern. However, its archaic PBX (News - Alert) phone system couldn’t efficiently support its needs any longer. And so, the Krasnodar administration realized that it needed a more advanced, reliable phone system to support its communication requirements.
