The survey compared and contrasted the recruitment markets in 12 countries. Of these countries, Brazil, India and China ranked the highest, while the U.K. tied for 10th place with Mexico. While the results of the survey point toward a more global and competitive recruitment market, Evenbase CEO Keith Potts pointed out that other factors may complicate this, stating: "National identities remain complex; the models that work in Belgium will probably not work in Brazil."
