Link Analytics, a Big Data Analytics technology company, would sponsor the Telecom Analytics Conference at CTIA (News - Alert) Wireless 2013 in Las Vegas on May 22, 2013.

CTIA 2013 focuses on the future of mobile communications by showcasing the leaders, ideas and experiences transforming the industry.

Telecom Analytics, a conference co-located at CTIA Wireless (News - Alert), is the first step in helping operators focus on their telecom analytics strategies, meet potential partners and solutions providers, and interact with like-minded peers who see telecom analytics as a new era in data management that will improve service delivery, decrease operational costs, deliver new products and offer a more effective customer experience.

"Telecom Analytics is an emerging segment in the mobile and telecom ecosystem. As such, it is especially important to hear from companies such as Link Analytics who have a solid track record in Big Data as it relates to the unique needs and challenges for telecoms operators and their partners,” said Timothy Downs, program director for the conference and producer of the Telecom Analytics global conference series, in a statement.

“I'm sure that the CTIA audience who attends the Telecom Analytics conference will benefit enormously from Dr. Hakes' knowledge and insight in this exciting area that is literally transforming the entire communications industry," said Downs.

Sean Groer, co-founder and chief analytics officer of Link Analytics, said that Telecom Analytics at CTIA represents a great opportunity for the company to stay on the pulse of CSP (News - Alert) needs.

“Anticipating their needs is a core focus for Link -- we're in a constant state of new product innovation and R&D. Telecom Analytics is the perfect forum to both hear these needs and as well as share our thoughts on the State of Big Data Analytics," said Groer.

Link Analytics CEO Dr. William Hakes has also been invited to present an opening session at Telecom Analytics.

Officials with Link Analytics said that Dr. Hakes presentation entitled, 'The State of Big Data Analytics with Telecom Providers: Where We Are Today, Where We Need to Go, and How to Get There,' will be an open and candid assessment of the current state of the industry specific to Communications Service Providers and their management and monetization of data to affect enterprise-wide improvement and enhancement.
