Green Wire's New Service Agreement Brings Backlog of $10M

By Wayne Adam, Contributing Writer

Green Wire Enterprise (GWE), a provider of network and design services for the Telecom industry, has recently entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with one of the largest end-to-end communications solution providers in the U.S.

According to the Agreement, GWE will provide cellular tower construction, microwave installation, telecommunication/ network deployment construction, technician support and maintenance services for select carriers – i.e. Motorola, Verizon (News - Alert), AT&T, Alcatel Lucent and Ericsson.

Initially, GWE’s construction services will operate within the U.S. Midwest Region (Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas) with plans to expand throughout the U.S. by the end of the contract’s term.

GWE’s funding estimates include $1.5 million within the first 12 months of operations, growing $3.5 to $4.5 million per year, along with anticipated new network operation opportunities via its new client.

With the addition of the MSA and contract awards to TAM and B&R, GWE’s backlog is estimated in excess of $10 million.

Billy V. Ray, Jr., CEO at AQUM, stated, "We are excited about this opportunity with Goodman Networks (News - Alert). It will allow us to grow our business nationwide and allow us to utilize the management expertise recently acquired in the Green Wire Enterprise, Inc. transaction. The MSA and the recently-announced contracts awarded to B&R Telephone and TAM are examples of the success that our management's efforts are producing. The footprint expansion and service expansion are other steps in the implementation of the AQUM strategy."
