Video quality service assurance provider IneoQuest (News - Alert) Technologies is rolling out fresh technology to address scalability needs for multiscreen and over-the-top (OTT) video, linear broadcast TV and big data analytics.

Its solution for ensuring quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) end-to-end for multiscreen and OTT services, for the IQDialogue ASM (News - Alert) monitoring probe, now has a 10GB input providing full line rate 10GB monitoring. The IQDialogue ASM probe passively and actively monitors and analyzes video delivery across the entire content delivery network, asset publishing to origin servers, all live sessions and all network device communications.

The upgrade to 10GB monitoring input is also part of IneoQuest’s Expedus DVA IP solution, which provides round-the-clock QoS and QoE monitoring with visual historic analysis for hundreds of video programs.  

Also, the company’s G10 probe now offers twice the QoS monitoring bandwidth than it did before, covering up to 2,000 IP streams of video simultaneously.

The company also is launching its new enterprise analytics software platform, a big data solution for video quality management and analytics. It provides customized four-dimensional analysis and reporting on years of video data, which gives providers insight into the performance over time, by understanding problems by program, time, location and error.
