BCN Solutions Express Adds Cloud, MPLS and Cable Capabilities to Portfolio

BCN Solutions Express (BCN (News - Alert)) has been working on traditional and next-generation telecommunications solutions geared at making every day operations for companies of any size easier. BCN has created a host of products for its portfolio over the years and just recently launched its latest enhancements.

While these enhancements are geared toward increasing revenue for its clients, BCN said it would also be able to expand its client base, increasing its footprint in the telecommunications market.

“We are constantly looking for ways to help our channel partners branch into new revenue streams that they may have not otherwise been tapping into,” said BCN Solutions Express agent manager, David Luther. “We also want to give them the biggest breadth and depth of connectivity options, so that they can expand their base of business and tailor the right solution for their clients, across a wide range of technologies and access types.”

BCN’s portfolio includes; local, long distance, toll free, and conference calling; dedicated Internet, ATM, digital subscriber line, IP telephony, hosted PBX (News - Alert), integrated access, VPN, private lines, and more. To kick off 2013, the new enhancements will take these products to the next level by incorporating cable, MPLS, and the cloud. Cloud-based business services, payment processing, MPLS-based dynamic IP, and CenturyLink are just a few of BCN’s latest features.

One new product BCN is excited about is called, iPayment, this solution gives users the ability to process payments and debit cards for retail, e-commerce, and in store purchases.

“The card processing opportunity is a perfect one for telecom partners,” said Jerry Mack, director of strategic development at iPayment. “When a partner offers connectivity to a merchant to handle voice and data needs, one of the applications they will no longer be looking to support will be point of sale and card processing. Offering an all-in-one solution meets these companies’ critical business needs.”

Luther agreed, saying it’s all about the all-in-one package. “The beauty of BCN Solutions Express is that we can tailor the right solution, bundle and then bill it. But everything starts with the portfolio.”
