VMware Technology Alliance Partner Program Attracts PathSolutions

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

Recently, PathSolutions revealed it is now a part of the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program. Members of this prestigious group work together alongside VMware with the goal of developing solutions that will enable companies to adopt virtualization and cloud computing.

With headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., the network performance management provider is known for its array of network performance management solutions that help to dramatically ramp up the troubleshooting and quality of VDI, VoIP, video and data.

The company’s solutions are offered through a network of distribution partners that are situated all over the world, catering to customers ranging from small businesses all the way to large corporations.

"We welcome PathSolutions as a valued member of the VMware TAP program," said Sheryl Sage, director, Alliance Programs, VMware. "This membership means customers can take full advantage of a streamlined virtualization and cloud infrastructure experience. VMware provides an online marketplace, VMware Solution Exchange (VSX), where customers can learn more about PathSolutions collaboration with VMware and our continued goal commitment to developing breakthrough technologies that can transform business."

Touted as having many members located around the globe, the VMware TAP program offers technology partners a way to work together and collaborate in order to power innovative business solutions that measure up to specific demands from different clients.

"We are pleased to be a part of VMware's TAP program. Our Total Network Visibility solutions complement VMware's product portfolio as they ensure reliable, high performing networks, rapidly identifying and resolving the root causes of VDI, VoIP, video, and data quality issues," said Tim Titus, CTO at PathSolutions.

Earlier this month, TMCnet reported that PathSolutions was now a member of the Mitel (News - Alert) Solutions Alliance (MSA), a program that will allow third-party partners to develop products and services that seamlessly integrate with Mitel's next-generation offerings.

By becoming a part of this team, PathSolutions will be enabled to bring its VoIP management solutions to a much larger audience.

Additionally, PathSolutions' VoIP Network Manager raises the bar on VoIP visibility throughout an organization’s entire network and its capabilities can determine the cause of the VoIP issues affecting the network and then automatically recommend a fix, helping to reduce downtime while simultaneously increasing efficiency.
