Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine Announces 2012 Speech Technology Excellence Award Winners

Customer Interaction Solutions has covered call center technology for three decades. The magazine has covered the progression from ancient predictive dialers, recording systems, and full CTI integration to IP-PBXs with remote VoIP call center agents. Continuing its 30-year tradition of evolving with the latest trends in the customer service and engagement, Customer Interaction Solutions magazine will become TMC’s CUSTOMER Magazine in September 2012.

The 2012 Speech Technology Excellence Award recognizes companies who have made significant contributions improving speech applications for their clients. Speech technology has become more prevalent in telephony-based applications and in hand-held computers, kiosks and mobile applications.
