UpSync Releases Version 3.0 of Cloud-Based Software

UpSync unveiled its latest version of its popular cloud-based software, UpSync 3.0 which is available for download through the company’s website. UpSync’s software offers enterprises a platform designed to simplify user access to content, presentations, and business applications through a smart device.



The company announced it upgraded its service adding features to help make its current features even easier to create along with HTML5 app delivery to field sales, training, and service organizations.

UpSync 3.0 lets users create rich, multimedia mobile presentations, have access to content through tags and categories customized to your business, sort through UpSync’s Content Library, customize search terms or metadata, integrate mobile-friendly sales apps built for various business needs, and have access to full reporting through the analytics section. UpSync’s new release also added a new feature called ‘Quick Search,” which lets users pull content directly from SharePoint by doing a simple search.

“This allows organizations to easily extend the value of their legacy content and collaboration system investments in support of mobile employees,” said Vice President Gary Galusha. “With the addition of new slide template creation features, field reps can take presentation personalization to the next level – even in compliance driven organizations. Our customers love this,” said Galusha.

Galusha said the company has added a “Favorites” tag (News - Alert), which lets users select content to be bookmarked for easy access later. For example, if a rep normally uses three or four presentations to show a client, they can now save these under favorites and load them up from a list verses having to find the individual file. It saves them time and makes the presentation process more streamline.

In a recent release, the company also discussed its enhancements to its contact management portion of the software and how it will remain updated on the go.

“Enhanced contact management and reporting functionality provides one-touch sharing with prospects and colleagues, along with reporting on what content is most frequently viewed and shared. To ensure that reps always have the most up to date content any minimize those awkward “in-the-field” surprises, each time a user syncs with the server, a “What’s New,” panel appears with a navigable list of new or changed content.”

UpSync 3.0 is available now for download and is currently compatible with most laptops, smartphones and tablets. The service is also available as a web-based application, if downloading is not an option.
