Customer Interaction Solutions 2012 TMC Labs Innovation Awards Call for Entries

Norwalk, CT (May 15, 2012)TMC, a global, integrated media company helping clients build communities in print, in person and online, today announced Customer Interaction Solutions 2012 TMC Labs Innovation Award call for entries. Customer Interaction Solutions celebrates its 30th anniversary as the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries.

TMC (News - Alert) Labs has been testing and reviewing call center, telecom, wireless, and VoIP products and services since 1995. The TMC Labs Innovation Awards are based on the concept that a product or service exhibits a unique quality and represents a significant contribution to the growth of the industry.

The Thirteenth Annual Customer Interaction Solutions TMC Labs Innovation Award will honor call centers, contact centers, CRM and teleservices products that are truly innovative. While innovation is not necessarily subject to being first, it can be the challenge of taking an existing idea and improving upon it leading to ground-breaking solutions. Examining established standards and applying different approaches to achieve distinguished results demonstrates innovation within this industry.

"Once again, TMC Labs is looking for the leading technologies that continue to pioneer the industry. Companies whose products have raised the bar in achieving excellence in the contact/call center, CRM and teleservices market,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC.

“The TMC Labs team is excited to begin their quest to find the year’s most compelling technologies. Only a handful of companies that show their out-of-box thinking to improve the industry will be honored," Tehrani continued.

TMC Labs will profile the winning companies with individual in-depth reviews in the September 2012 issue of Customer Interaction Solutions.

Early bird deadline is May 31, 2012. The final deadline is June 21, 2012.
