Voxco Partners with Inmega, Garners Marketing Data via Social Media in Mexico

By Rahul Arora, TMCnet Contributor

Voxco, a global provider of software solutions, recently announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Inmega Investigacion de Mercados (Inmega), one of Mexico's first and largest providers of market research services.

According to terms of the agreement, Inmega will resell Acuity4 Social, the next-generation social media monitoring and analysis product from Voxco, across Mexico. Inmega will also deploy Voxco CATI system for its call center.

Acuity4 Social allows organizations to obtain business intelligence by tracking and analyzing multiple media from the social Web. To convert data into valuable insights, Voxco uses a natural language processing approach that combines semantic analysis with proprietary machine-learning algorithms.

"Social Media are booming in Mexico and market research firms and enterprises start to understand the opportunities that these new media represent for them", said Guillermo M. Gallardo, CEO of Inmega. "These Social Media become a new way to listen to and understand current clients, potential customers and competitors. So we are very optimistic to partner with Voxco, which has certainly the best social media monitoring product in Spanish currently available."

Inmega will also be using Voxco CATI system, which raises the response rate of telephone surveys while reducing operation costs. The solution includes a set of functionalities that increases interviewer productivity. As an integral component of Voxco's multichannel data collection platform, this software can be combined with other collection modes to optimize survey results.

"We are very proud to be partners with a well established market research firm such as Inmega", said Alex Suter, Voxco's Director of Business Development. "With several offices throughout Mexico, more than 200 employees and a very good network of contacts in the local business sector, Inmega is well suited to become a strong partner for Voxco."
