Frost & Sullivan Name Intercom Winner of 2011 Market Share Leadership Award
For over 50 years, Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) has advised companies how to make the most of their leadership and technology programs. After analyzing the audio conferencing market, the company found that InterCall (News - Alert), a subsidiary company of West Corporation, implemented the most efficient use of conferencing and technology. In return Frost & Sullivan named InterCall the recipient of the 2011 Frost & Sullivan Award for Market Share Leadership

In fact, being the market share leader allows InterCall to invest in its infrastructure, and focus on the quality and customization that its clients request."
Frost & Sullivan awards companies who capture the highest market share among its competition. The company seeks Global 1000 companies who show strength in leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.

Awards are given after Frost & Sullivan examine the business practices for duration of the year. They look at the how the company implements power and growth while suggesting best-practice models. This year’s recipient was awarded in the conferencing and collaboration industry.
