Frost & Sullivan Awards Intercall for Best Practices

By Jack Grauer, TMCnet Contributing Writer

This week, Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) gave their Best Practices Award to Intercall. They lauded Intercall for their reliable customer service and consistent product innovation. The current distinction represents the fourth of this kind they have received from the California-based market research and training firm.

Warranting this positive attention, Intercall demonstrated an exceptional capacity to provide their clientele with high quality service. They also pushed development in their field to areas that would be otherwise unforeseeable. The exceptionally high margin of performance at Intercall persisted even in an environment suffering from consistent cuts in vendor investment and price compression.

In addition to meeting and surmounting challenges in the field of audio teleconferencing before similar companies, Intercall found the time and money to continue expanding its infrastructure. The company reached and served an ever-widening network of individuals. Intercall currently runs four offices in the US as well as satellites in a slew of countries such as Germany and China.

Beyond keeping their own company performing at an optimum capacity, Intercall maintained a vested interest in the larger telecommunications community. In February of 2012, they sponsored a webinar that featured writer David McNalley. Intercall geared the webinar toward helping small-business executives involved in the telecommunications industry to successfully direct their businesses through effective leadership strategies.

Recipients of the Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards can use them in order to evidence their trustworthiness in the eyes of both current and prospective investors, clients and employees.

Through a series of in-depth personal interviews with prospective award recipients, combined with rigorous secondary-source analysis, Frost & Sullivan carefully selects companies who make a tangible positive impact on the fields in which they work. In the past, other exceptionally innovative and reliable companies such as Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent, have received the award from Frost & Sullivan.
