Emergn Streamlines Sourcing Practices with New AgilePMO Service

Emergn has announced the launched of its AgilePMO service offering to address the problem of disconnected global delivery practices.

 

The new offering aligns an enterprise customer's IT project demand with delivery supply, both internally and across all outsourcing vendors working with the enterprise.

 

Emergn leverages Agile (News - Alert) principles as a foundation for the Project Management Office (PMO) to build a sustainable model that cuts across any IT project to establish a balance between project needs and provider abilities.

 

This sustainable model provides a number of benefits such as transparency, a common framework for planning focused on business value, budget management and forecasting, and efficient risk mitigation.

 

Providers are assessed for their team skill level, development methodology, and other key project fulfillment factors.
