Cirrus Logic Inc. has appointed Dr. Harold J. Ravech, president of Stevens Institute of Technology, to its board of directors.

MegaPath Networks Inc. announced the appointment of Robert Dahl as a member of its board of directors. Dahl is a general partner at Riviera Ventures, LLC, a private equity investing firm, and was formerly vice president, chief financial officer, and member of the board of directors of Ascend Communications.

iCall Ltd., an emerging leader in IP-based enhanced services worldwide,  announced two key new members to its board of directors: Stephen Boyd, chairman and Karim Khoja, director. The company also announced Scott K. Socol has been appointed president.

Artisoft Inc., a developer of software-based phone systems, announced that it has appointed Terry Fagin as vice president of worldwide sales.

Telco Systems, a BATM Company and a leader in network edge technology and IP switching platforms, announced that Farley Davis has joined the company in a newly created position, Area Vice President of Carrier IP Sales. Davis will focus on bringing the company's line of IP solutions in the carrier market.

Netkey Inc., a provider of Internet kiosk technology and patented software developer, has appointed Theresa F. Yerkes as chief financial officer. The company also announced that Frank Newman, chairman emeritus of Bankers Trust Corp., has joined its board of directors.

eshare communications, Inc., a provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, announced the appointment of Tim Morgan as chief information officer and a member of eshare's Office of Technology. eshare also announced that Glen Shipley has been appointed chief financial officer

MagNetPoint, Inc. announced the appointment of Bruce Carlsmith to vice president of business operations. Carlsmith is expected to help build MagNetPoint's national and international presence, overall company infrastructure and strategic partnerships.

Franklin Telecommunications Corp., a maker of high speed VoIP telephony equipment and a provider of next generation IP-based telecommunications services, announced the appointments of Albert P. Jaffe and Ueli H. Burkart to its board of directors. The company also announced its subsidiary, FNet Corp., has elected Daniel Freihart to the board of directors of FNet Corp.

Cintech Tele-Management Systems, Inc. announced that it has officially changed its name to Cintech Solutions, Inc. Cintech's shareholders voted to approve the name change because it more accurately describes the company's business focus and direction.

ArrayComm announced that Joseph Hagan has joined the company as executive vice president of Finance and Administration and chief financial officer. Hagan was previously Ericsson North America's CFO.

The Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC) announced its newly elected board of directors and officers. STC officers include: Steve Leaden, Leaden Associates, Inc., STC President; Tom White, President, TEK Consulting, Inc., STC Executive Vice President; Donna Parker, President, Parker & Associates, STC Senior Vice President; Patricia Seideman, President, The Seideman Company, STC Vice President; and Nancy Peckham, President, Intelligent Networks Inc., STC Secretary & Vice President.

Zenfinity, Inc. announced the appointment of veteran executive Paul Shaneck as CEO and as a director of the company. In addition, Joseph Simonelli is the new director ZenRAD; Trevlin Blackman is director ZenDEP; Steven DeMola is VP business development; and Dan Riedel is director marketing.

Polycom, Inc., a leader in broadband communication solutions, announced  that Jim Kruger has been named vice president of marketing for its Voice Communications Division, where he will oversee marketing efforts for Polycom's circuit-switched and VoIP product offerings.

Verascape Inc., a developer of complete voice systems for companies extending Web access to wireless and wireline phones, announced additions to its executive management team: Jim Seidman, vice president of engineering; John Corrigan, chief financial officer; and Mark Huntzinger, vice president of marketing and business development.

NetSpeak Corporation, a provider of carrier-scale solutions for global voice over IP (VoIP) networks, has appointed Gregory Kubler as senior vice president of sales for the company's European and Asian regions. Bradley Noe has also been named vice president of product development for the company. In this newly created position, Noe will be responsible for managing research and development for all of the company's VoIP products.

Daleen Technologies, Inc. announced that P.J. Hilbert, vice president of Customer Relationship Management for AT&T Business Services, has been appointed to Daleen's board of directors.

Braxtel Communications, a developer of customer contact solutions for small and medium-size contact centers, announced the appointments of Diane Stokes to vice president of global marketing and Karan Thompson to vice president of global customer services.

Wildfire Communications, Inc., a leader in voice-activated, personal assistant technology, announced its new executive management team led by chief executive officer Mark Morrison. Nigel Hall, previously head of international project management for Orange, joins Wildfire in a new role as COO. Richard Ford, also from Orange, joins Wildfires executive team as CFO. Seven-year Wildfire veteran Eric Shienbrood rounds out Wildfires executive team as CTO, replacing Richard Miner, who has accepted an executive position with Orange.

Advanced Switching Communications Inc., a provider of broadband access platforms, announced the appointment of new executive leadership to accelerate the companys worldwide sales penetration. Lisa Adams, formerly of Cascade, which was acquired by Ascend Communications and subsequently Lucent Technologies, will lead ASCs sales force as senior vice president of worldwide sales. ASCs new sales management team includes Tom Ma, vice president and general manager of the Asia-Pacific region; Gordon Turner, vice president and general manager of the Caribbean and Latin America; and Mark Weeks, vice president and general manager of Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

PhatPipe, Inc., a broadband technology company for owners of industrial real estate and their tenants, announced that Charles Huiner has joined the senior management team as its chief financial officer.

NetCentrex, a provider of innovative and flexible VoIP products and services, announced the appointment of Kevin Faulkner as vice president of World Wide Marketing.

ViryaNet announced that its board of directors has appointed Win Burke, formerly senior vice president of worldwide marketing and business development, to the position of president and chief operating officer.

MessageMachines, Inc., a start-up and developer of advanced wireless software applications and services, announced Doug Levin has been named chief operating officer. Levin will be responsible for building relationships with strategic software partners and wireless carriers, as well as overseeing sales, marketing, finance and network operations.

Teltrust, Inc, a customer interaction specialist and contact center, announced the appointment of Scott Manning as executive vice president, sales and marketing.

Bridgewater Systems, a global provider of profile-based access control and service creation software, announced it has appointed Mike Ozburn, former vice president and general manager of Nextel Online, as president and chief executive officer (CEO).

Microlog Corporation announced that John C. Mears, formerly co-president and COO, has been appointed president and CEO. Steven R. Delmar assumes the position of executive vice president, focusing on fostering closer ties with the investment community. Delmar is also acting vice president, sales and marketing.

Telstra Corporation, Australias premier full service provider and a leading carrier in the Asia Pacific region, announced the appointment of Rob Tsarnas as president and chief executive officer of its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Telstra Incorporated.

Software911, Inc., a provider of B2B solutions for the eCRM market, announced the appointment of Jay Borges as vice president of sales. Borges will be responsible for North American sales of Software911's hosted Channel Service products.

Mobile software company First Hop is acquiring additional expertise to enhance its international operations. Professor Hannu H. Kari will participate in the company's product development. Additionally, Stratos Ventures CEO Kai Karttunen has been appointed as the chairman of First Hop board.

Daycom Systems, an Avaya Communication Business Partner, has named Brady Mitchell, Carissa Seward and Patrick Kellick as our new DEFINITY account executives. Daycom Systems has also brought in Alexis Claxton and Michelle White as account services representatives. The company also announced Rick Dolfo as vice president of technical services.

The TeleManagement Forum (TMF) announced Toni Graham, the vice president of research, development and professional services unit for Vertel Corporation, has been appointed to the  board of directors.

PointOne Telecommunications Inc., a provider of voice-over-packet telecommunications, announced the appointment of Jerry Jeffers to the position of regional vice president of sales.

Data Distilleries, a European provider of analytical Customer Relations Management (CRM) solutions, has appointed Robert Baldock, former Global Managing Partner with Andersen Consulting, as their new chief executive officer. Founder of the company, Marcel Holsheimer, will take the position of president.
