Broadview Networks, a network-based integrated communications provider to business and residential customers, has appointed William Vona as its Buffalo sales director. The company has also has appointed Jeffery J. Zembek as its Syracuse sales director.

Mariposa Technology, Inc., a  provider of integrated access devices (IADs) for building mission-critical converged networks, announced Woodrow B. Cannon has joined its management team as president and chief executive officer. The company also announced two new vice presidents: Tony Harb, vice president of engineering, and Barrie Hathaway, vice president of operations.

Ten Square, an emerging telecommunications provider broadcasting interactive content through the Ten Square Digital Network, announced that Gary L. Grant has been named vice president of sales, southern region. Sean L. Welsh has been named vice president of network operations.

WebTelecom, a provider of Web-based electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) tools delivering voice, video, chat and co-browsing capabilities, announced the appointment of two executives to manage product marketing for the company. Michael Hylton joins WebTelecom as director of product marketing and Dan Ahlberg has been named senior product manager.

Rapid Link Communications, a provider of international Internet-based communications services, has elected Richard J. Heaps to the companys board of directors. Heaps currently serves as the chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and general counsel of Clarent Corporation.

iNetNow, provider of wireless Internet access via live, expert Web surfers, announced that the company has expanded its advisory board to include Douglas Bennett, chairman and chief executive officer of EoExchange, previously known as Aeneid Corporation.

Buffalo International, Inc. announced that Scott Lerner is now director of business development. Lerner has been with Buffalo since early 1999 and in this time has made major contributions to the company.

NetSpeak Corporation, a provider of advanced telephony solutions for Internet Protocol (IP) networks,  announced the appointment of John M. Owens as senior vice president of engineering and product development.

empowerTel Networks, a developer of complete carrier-grade Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) switching system for major carriers, announced the appointment of Kevin Connolly as vice president of sales and marketing.

eShare Communications, Inc. announced the appointment of James Tito, currently president and vice-chairman, to the post of president and chief executive officer. Tito replaces Aleksander Szlam, who will remain as chairman of the board.

HarmonyCom, Inc., an innovator in broadband service delivery software, announced the company has appointed Michael Bisco, vice president of technical services, to spearhead and expand HarmonyCom's customer and developer technical support services.
