congruency, Inc., a VoIP infrastructure services and platform provider, has named telecommunications industry veteran Richard Murphy as its chief operating officer. As COO, Murphy will be responsible for the company's operations, sales and marketing activities.

Net2Phone Inc. appointed four new senior executives. Scott Andersen joins the company as executive vice president of Sales, Glenn Williams was promoted to executive vice president of Business and Legal Affairs, Bruce Shoulson joins the company as general counsel, and Brian Haimm was promoted to executive vice president of Strategic Alliances.

w-Technologies, a wireless software company, has named former Merrill Lynch executive Frank Zammataro as its chief marketing officer.

Unisphere Networks, Inc., a provider of IP infrastructure to enable broadband data and voice services, announced the appointment of Neal Oristano as vice president Sales, Americas. Oristano will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and growing business within the Americas. RealChip Communications Inc., a provider of custom and standard chips for communications applications, announced the appointment of Dr. Madihally ("Sim") Narasimha to CTO.
