  • Network Programs (India) Ltd. has appointed Rajesh Handu as director, business development for the CTI product family CallFlow Suite.

  • eShare Technologies announces the appointment of a new sales executive for its e360 solutions business unit, which offers customers a comprehensive solution combining both Web and telephony platforms. Formerly the vice president of international sales, Jerry Hatton will expand his role to become senior vice president of worldwide sales, e360 Solutions.
