Razorsight Intros New SaaS Solutions for Enterprise Resource Management Automation

Razorsight announced the launch of its new AIM 5.0 Next Generation Architecture, and unveiled its AIM Capture and AIM Analytics solutions that will leverage AIM 5.0 Next Generation Architecture.
 
AIM 5.0 Next Generation Architecture is a scalable Web-based AIM platform. It will allow the company to deliver on-demand solutions that are customized to support and automate the delivery and management of various next generation network offerings.



 
The company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solutions, AIM Capture and AIM Analytics, automate payables processes with zero touch by eliminating all manual processes and paper and also provides automated workflow and even powerful auditing and analytics of cost and revenue data.
 
Razorsight Corporation is a provider of on-demand financial business intelligence solutions for communications, media and entertainment companies. The company aims to transform the way communications companies process, manage and reach optimal performance for cost and revenue management.
 
Some of Razorsight’s clients include Verizon, Comcast, Global Crossing, IBM, Telus, Neutral Tandem (News - Alert) and Globalcom.
 
Razorsight’s AIM 5.0 platform that does not require any capital investment. It is based on a single repository that contains all cost and revenue data and provides customers with improved business intelligence and analytics. The platform also delivers powerful executive dashboards to track real time key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network cost, revenue leakage, and operational efficiency.
 
AIM Capture, SaaS solution, based on AIM 5.0, has the capacity to support more than 3,000 carrier billing formats. First of its kind, the application can extract, translate and load line item details that are trapped in paper invoices, contracts, and other documents. This automatically brings every Communications Service Provider (CSP (News - Alert)) into a Zero Touch and 100 percent electronic environment for all cost data.
 
AIM Analytics, Razorsight’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution based on AIM 5.0, is a next-generation platform specifically designed for on-demand workflow automation, cost management and automated auditing and analysis, as said earlier. The application facilitates Network Cost and Revenue Management groups to perform auditing and complex analyses. The application also facilitates to manage disputes, reconcile invoices, automatically allocate costs to general ledger accounts, and also feeds data into accounting and ERP systems for automation of payments.
 
Razorsight has developed a performance metric called Network Cost Score that analyses how CSPs balance the blend of internal staff costs, systems and even third party providers in order to obtain the lowest possible network costs. Razorsight’s AIM Capture and AIM Analytics solution facilitates CSPs to increase network cost scores.
 
Both the company’s solutions can be immediately integrated into existing cost management and revenue assurance ecosystems by seamlessly integrating with order management, inventory, fulfillment, ERP and usage feeds and systems.
 
Razorsight’s New AIM Capture and AIM Analytics features International support that will provide support for global carriers through international invoice formats, multiple currency types and exchange rates, value added tax (VAT) details and even allocation of VAT at the circuit level.
 
The new solutions also a features executive dashboard that has Network Cost Score provides graphical trending of key metrics such as global expense management, dispute resolution, analyst performance, and financial impacts directly to the desktop.
 
The new solutions feature plug and play interfaces from the AIM 5.0 that makes activations much easier with a highly configurable toolkit. This facilitates seamless integration to a multitude of legacy systems that include inventory, order management, network usage, billing, supplier management, financial, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and others.
 
The solutions are also Web-based that features new supplier management portal that facilitates easier and more automated invoice tracking, supplier performance management, and overall supplier management process.
 
The company’s both the solutions also features improved product integration and intuitive workflow.

Razorsight’s AIM 5.0 also delivers a package of standardized reports that has been prepared from best practices within company’s marquee customer base. These reports include a comprehensive suite of cost and revenue management information for all cost and revenue data.
