AnswerThink, Hammer Technologies In Strategic Alliance To Provide Quality Assurance Testing Services To Call Centers

AnswerThink Consulting Group, a knowledge-based consulting and e-business technology implementation company, and Hammer Technologies, a leading provider of computer telephony testing solutions for mission-critical call center applications, announced a strategic alliance. Through this alliance, AnswerThink and Hammer Technologies will help customers effectively deploy technology-enabled business solutions leveraging Hammer's sophisticated testing products.

AnswerThink's Electronic Commerce|solutions practice will provide custom application development, systems integration, strategic technology planning, and other consulting services to companies requiring functionality testing, load (stress) testing, and ongoing systems monitoring capabilities.
