CA Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend

CA Technologies (News - Alert) (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.255 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 14, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 26, 2016.
