Trenduim has announced that it will roll out its new Customer Experience Assurance (CEA) and Analytics in a live demo at the 2013 Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) (MWC) in Barcelona. The Live demo will give service providers, editors and media personnel a hands-on look and feel of the new model.
The new Customer Experience Assurance is a solution for 4G/LTE (News - Alert) networks consisting of a cloud-based Applications & Analytics portal (ViewPORT), along with a set of 4G/LTE-specific Network Access Agents (NAA) that enable data collection from any network interface/ network element in the 4G/LTE network or 3G networks. The new CEA also provides Communication Service Providers (CSP (News - Alert)) the ability to identify major problems, isolate, and resolve network and service performance issues and by doing so, reduce the time of resolution into minutes instead of days.
In addition, this CEA can be operated with a minimum number of personnel and equipment
