At this year’s Mobile World Congress (News - Alert), Comverse – a provider of BSS, mobile Internet, value-added services, IP communications and professional services – will demonstrate new solutions that help communications service providers (CSP (News - Alert)) enable and monetize connected business models.
The new set of solutions is designed to help CSPs transition to an all-IP world and expand their connected horizons through new service enablement and smart monetization, company officials said.
At Mobile World Congress, CSPs will get an opportunity to learn how Comverse (News - Alert) solutions help them capture a winning role in new value chains through service and business model innovation, and enhance their customer experience.
Gil Kazes, AVP, VAS Product Strategy at Comverse, will discuss how Comverse Open Mobile (News - Alert) Alliance technology developments enable CSPs to achieve a smooth transition to the digital era. The discussion will highlight future-proof IMS-ready Next-Generation MultiVAS extendable to RCS, omni-device capability and interaction with Internet Service.
In another presentation, Andy Holcombe, senior product manager Active Customer Management at Comverse, will share innovative ways to enrich the customer experience to motivate users to stay with their service provider and advocate it to others.
The Smart Data Monetization and Comverse IP Converged Communications demo will detail how CSPs can leverage the Evolution to All-IP/4G to increase revenue by harnessing data growth and enriching services while reducing costs.
The company will also feature Social Media as an Interaction Channel and Multi-Device Inbox to show how an Enhanced Customer Experience can generate premium value, and drive loyalty, profitability and growth.
Other technology demonstrations at the Mobile World Congress include Comverse M2M Studio, Actionable Intelligence, Cloud Delivery and more.
