A leader in validating and testing application-aware networks, Mu Dynamics, Inc., announced that Michael Baum has joined its board of directors. Michael was the founding CEO of Splunk (News - Alert), the infrastructure software company that invented IT Search.

Before he found Splunk, he served as VP e-Commerce Services at Yahoo!, VP e-Commerce at InfoSeek/Disney and was co-founder of Collation (acquired by IBM (News - Alert)), and dotBank (acquired by Yahoo!).
