Lleida.net (News - Alert), a Spain-based company that provides short and multimedia message service, reportedly has announced the launch of the SMS Contract services for the North American market. The company exhibited at CTIA Wireless (News - Alert) 2009, Las Vegas Convention Centre on the SMS Contract service.

 

SMS Contracts is a service that is running throughout the United States now. It offers unlimited applications and is mainly used by Banks, Civil Services and Public Administrations, juridical and labor consultancies, Law forms, attorneys, logistics companies, political parties, private security services and travel agencies.

 

“Certification is very fast, the whole process lasts few seconds, automated deliveries to thousands addresses with just one click, cost saving and environmentally friendly since consumables such as ink and paper are not required in the whole process,” the company says.

 

With nearly 12 years of experience in the industry, and reaching a total of 200 countries across five continents, Lleida.net is currently stated to have agreements with more than 1000 carriers worldwide, to develop an international communication network via SMS.

 

As SMS carrier, Lleida.net makes possible bidirectional communication between internet enabled pc and mobile phones. Among other services, Lleida.net has developed the Virtual Handset, the Certified SMS and the SMS Contract. The company claims that more than one million transactions per day come through Lleidanet network for both sending and receiving SMS and their service currently translated into 12 languages including Russian, Chinese and Arabic.
