Camiant Announces Participation in CTIA Mobile VoIP Panel

Real-time policy control and application assurance technology company Camiant recently announced it will be represented on the “Mobile VoIP” panel at CTIA (News - Alert) next month (April 1-3, 2008).
The CTIA show connects users and service providers in the wireless market, with the common goal of revolutionizing mobility.
Camiant’s (News - Alert) CTO and founder, Susie Kim Riley, will be a panelist at the session, joining Arun Bhikshesvaran from Ericsson, Bill Alberth from Motorola, Ben Vos from Sprint Nextel (News - Alert), Glenn Laxdal from Nortel, and Isaac Eteminan from Qualcomm.
The panel will include discussion about the challenges and future of mobile VoIP
. Comprehensive analysis will be conducted about managing large scale mobile VoIP deployments, including technical aspects.
“Mobile Broadband is a game-changer; carriers, mobile hardware manufacturers and software vendors must rapidly evolve to assure applications can be delivered over the air reliably while managing the scarce RAN resources and having the ability to control Mobile VoIP is a key component to Mobile Broadband success,” said Riley.
The panel is open to all CTIA Wireless (News - Alert) 2008 attendees and will take place on Tuesday, April 1st from 11:00 AM to 12:30 p.m. in Room N252 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
