Bill became intrigued with call centers in late 1978. Since then, he has held a variety of sales, marketing and management roles for major call center vendors and as a consultant for call centers struggling to meet performance objectives.

Bill has written two books on contact centers, numerous articles and a number of white papers on industry topics. In addition, Bill has provided seminars in venues all over the world.

Bill Durr is a Principal, Solutions Consultant for Witness Systems, a leading global provider of workforce optimization software and services.
