North American Debut of L410 Announced by Gigaset
Gigaset Communications is all set to unveil their Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications devices in North America. Already widely used in Europe and Asia, the launch of these devices has been heavily anticipated in North America.
In a release, Tony Stankus, Product and Marketing Director, North America Gigaset Communications, said, “We’re incredibly excited to bring the L410 to U.S. consumers in an effort to enhance their cordless telecommunications needs. We’re equally excited about the New Year with regard to our upcoming marketing initiatives and strategies that will involve a wide swath of product and brand integrations in feature films and television that will further expand our visibility in the global marketplace.”
The Gigaset L410 is a wearable speakerphone unlike a headset that rests on the ear. The L410 features quick plug and play setup for ease of use. The design is simple for intuitive handling. With just one click, users can switch between the Gigaset L410 clip and the C610A hands. Calls can be also transferred from handset to clip with a single click.
Gigaset is also announcing the availability the A510 and the A510 IP cordless telephones. Easy-to-use, fixed-line and VoIP calling for busy households are provided by these family-friendly cordless telephones. Customization of incoming callers in terms of different colors and ringtones is possible with the A510. Due to the four-way key and two context-sensitive display keys, navigation through the settings menu and calling functions is very simple.
Users can make calls over the Internet through VoIP providers with the A510 IP cordless VoIP telephone. Gigaset’s preinstalled Connection Assistant can be used to configure more than 230 VoIP providers worldwide. The Gigaset A510 IP’s base station is able to register up to six cordless handsets. A quick and easy means of transforming the display into a live ticker is also provided by the telephone. Information ranging from weather reports to the latest news is provided on the ticker.
