New Global Telecom (NGT) and NationsLine have announced a partnership whereby NationsLine will provide private label NGT Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services and unified communications (UC) to its customers.

 

NGT is a provider of wholesale hosted IP Telephony Communication solutions in the U.S. The company enables VARs, MSOs, service providers and agents to provide nationwide, managed IP communication services to their customers via its channel ready solutions.

 

Steve Fralin, vice president of operations at NationsLine, said that NGT brings the perfect mix of a robust and scalable product offering, network reliability that is well managed and a depth of experience that is “unparalleled,” making NGT an ideal partner.

 

“NGT's formalized turn-up process as well as sales and marketing tools have accelerated our path to success,” said Fralin.

 

Virginia-based NationsLine is a facilities-based CLEC offering nationwide voice and data services. With network equipment in over 100 point of presence (POPs) throughout the country, the company claims to offer the business client a competitive cost-cutting edge over other services.

 

“NationsLine has been quick to respond to the growing demand for hosted private branch exchange (PBX (News - Alert)) services by partnering with NGT,” said John Guillaume, senior vice president of sales and marketing at NGT, adding that the addition of VoIP telephony is a “great complement” to NationsLine’s existing suite of business services and enables a UC offering.

 

Designed for CLECs, cable operators, VARs, and service providers, NGT’s Private Label Service provides a scalable solution for adding hosted and trunk-based VoIP and UC solutions to service offerings.

 

Companies’ officials said that the service is a turnkey solution and includes all the necessary elements to quickly deploy VoIP and UC, including nationwide coverage, telephone numbers, e911 (News - Alert), work flow and billing interfaces, and more.

 

Back in August, NGT announced a partnership with Interface Security Systems, a provider of electronic security solutions and managed IP services. Under the agreement, Interface is providing private label NGT VoIP services and UC to its customers
