Interstar Technologies, a developer of IP telephony and eNETsolutions, LLC, a Cisco Premier Certified and SMB-Select Partner with a specialization in IP communications, announced today a partnership to offer VoIP and unified messaging services.
The combined services were deployed by Cooper Compression, a division of Cooper Cameron Corporation, which is an international manufacturer of oil and gas pressure control and compression equipment.
eNETsolutions explained that it won a bid with Cooper Compression to provide a Cisco IP Communications solution because of its understanding of the company's business communications and ROI objectives for improved customer service. The solution was comprised of a Cisco AVVID system and Interstar's boardless XMediusFAX T.38 Fax over IP server software. This combination is comprised of services including unified messaging, e-mail, fax, voice and data. Cooper Compression's call center now relies on the new Cisco IP communications solution to handle its customer service calls and fax orders. The company deploys the XMediusFAX server to handle its daily volume of incoming and outgoing faxes.
"The market is still unfamiliar with the boardless Fax over IP concept. We believe Interstar's XMediusFAX server application is a cost-effective alternative for organizations still using modem adapters, since it has dual capabilities of working with or without fax boards," said Craig Hardee, president of eNETsolutions, LLC. Craig is also a member of the Cisco Commercial Channel Advisory Board (CCAB), which provides insight and direction for Cisco products and reseller relationships.
