Comdial and TriVium Team to Manage VoIP Calls

Sarasota, FL-based Comdial Corp., a provider of communications solutions for small and midsize enterprises, and TriVium Systems, a telephony-based business productivity tools provider, today announced a partnership to promote effective communications management solutions. According to the new agreement, TriVium's CallAnalyst—a business intelligence reporting application that helps organizations monitor and manage communications activity, will be sold through Comdial's Channel Partner Network.

"By partnering with TriVium, Comdial is able to offer enhanced customer service and management tools to its customers. These applications will give our customers a powerful and cost-effective call management, accounting and analytical reporting device that is key to enhanced productivity," said Jeff Murphy, Comdial's director of business development.

These new capabilities will be offered together with several of Comdial's products, including its CONVERSip line of VoIP solutions such as the MP5000 Media Platform, Comdial's converged communications solution.

TriVium's CallAnalyst solution suite is a call accounting and telemanagement tool for voice switching and VoIP platforms. The company says it developed the solution to help customers quickly generate detailed or summary reports to measure productivity, manage local and long distance usage, monitor phone abuse, and perform traffic analysis and trend studies. It also enables customer billing and telecom infrastructure management, especially with ROI calculations related to VoIP migration.
