distribution deal with UnityVoice Inc., and
Victory Capital Holdings Corp. (quote).
The VoIP Bundles provider will benefit from this new agreement by being
able to market its products.
The company recently announced its IP-based
calling service called VoIP Bundles, which allows subscribers to talk to
other members free of charge; use 1000 minutes to call North America;
and call internationally for up to 70 percent less than regular
telephone long distance plans. The monthly plan also includes regular

like call waiting, caller ID with name, enhanced voice mail, call
forwarding, conference calling for up to three parties, and call
transferring.
"This is the most
comprehensive VoIP package offering I've seen in the industry," stated
Richard Kipping, Chairman and CEO of VoIPMDU.COM. "Not only does this
package establish us as a leader in VoIP technology packaging, it
improves our bottom line per subscriber substantially," he added.
VoIPMDU.COM�s new agreement with UnityVoice
will upgrade the company�s VoIP Bundles service by bumping up its
features to 32. The new VoIP package will now include a

to �follows� subscribers at home, office or their cell phones and by
announcing the name of the caller, as well as the assignment of a
private toll-free 800 number that is never busy and requires no
activation/set-up fee and no extra equipment. The service also includes
routing of calls to subscribers' other numbers or their voice mail
messages. This package will be offered to VoIP Bundles users and
UnityVoice's existing subscribers online through the company's
Web site.
