TempWorks Software has launched its TwMobile wireless application, which produces a channel to information residing on the core TempWorks system from cell phones, PDAs and other wireless devices.

The company points out that fast-paced staffing market now demands the ability to conduct business from anywhere at anytime while empowering mobile staff with up to the minute customer information.

Today, sales success depends on the need for Internet access wherever the salespeople are, not just where their offices are. The new application leverages the benefits of wireless communication to keep mobile devices in sync with the centralized TempWorks system.

Thanks to TwMobile, sales staff out in the field can pull up relevant information and input data instantly, which creates revenue-producing opportunities. The application also enables Management and Operations to track real-time data, fueling improved decision-making. TwMobile integrates wireless devises with the TempWorks database and therefore no data re-entry is required once back in the office.

Bi-directional exchange of contacts, tasks, messages and e-mails immediately enhances the productivity. According to a press release, a new version of TwMobile recently launched by TempWorks is a complete re-write of the original product. The version features many performance enhancements that enable the application to run significantly faster.

Primary features from the previous version function better with the new platform allowing customers to conduct more business through TwMobile. In addition to offer the capability to plug in basic order requests the latest version creates new contact records. Moreover, the new features eliminate the need to wait until stepping back into the office to input new data into the system.

TempWorks provides a full suite of enterprise staffing solutions.
