EnterpriseWizard Adds Google Chrome Support to Upcoming CRM Solution Release TMCnet Contributing Editor With the upcoming release of its Adaptive CRM solution, EnterpriseWizard (News - Alert), a provider of adaptive customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for business-to-business (B2B) organizations, will be including support for the Google (News - Alert) Chrome Browser.
EnterpriseWizard CRM is a J2EE solution for issue tracking, helpdesk, customer support, sales, e-mail, and marketing automation. It is based on the company’s predecessor product, SupportWizard, and features default templates to help ompanies to get up and running quickly. Some of the enhancements being introduced with the new release include support for databases with more than 100 million records, automatic generation of Web Services code and new WS methods, improved filtering/searching/layout, support for elapsed time and service level agreement (SLA) reports, enhanced support for dynamic hotlinks and templates, and inbound e-mail parsing to set/update individual fields in a record.
The new release can be deployed as a hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) application or as an in-house server.
“The autumn 2008 release not only provides superb performance with the Google Chrome browser, but also a slew of new features and enhancements designed to give operation and customer support executives the solutions they need to simplify automation of their CRM business processes, while minimizing their IT investment through code-free configuration tools,” said Colin Earl, CEO at EnterpriseWizard, in a statement.
