TelePlus World Corp. has announced that Liberty Wireless Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a business development agreement with American MVNO

Services, a company that delivers key relationships to ethnic and celebrity niche markets, as well as offering wireless content delivery systems by serving as a wireless content creator and aggregator.
Under the agreement both companies will launch various voice and data services to targeted under-served groups in key demographics. Liberty and American MVNO will also bring sports and entertainment celebrities closer to their fans by delivering value added, proprietary content directly on handsets.
Marius Silvasan, CEO and chairman of TelePlus, believes the agreement is a key strategic relationship for them.
Since American MVNO has established relationships in various markets, including key ethnic groups, sports, entertainment and celebrities, this open many opportunities for TelePlus in markets where they are not currently represented.
“As TelePlus launches its data solution in the upcoming months, American MVNO will be able to provide us with compelling entertainment content,” added Silvasan.
“This is a wonderful opportunity. TelePlus and Liberty Wireless are the precise execution partners we have been seeking; they have an MVNO strategy and infrastructure that is very complementary to our strategy, and possess a knowledgeable staff to collaborate with,” said Jamie Andrews, president of American MVNO in a
press release.
He continued: “We look forward to implementing an aggressive strategy as we move forward together to achieve success in our venture.”
Rick Liberty, of the American MVNO advisory board is pleased with this agreement and believes Liberty Wireless and the whole TelePlus World team are a great fit for American MVNO.
“The excellent synergies and complementary business models should accelerate revenue growth for both partners for years to come,” he concluded.
