As the industry’s leading magazine since 1982, Customer
Inter@ction Solutions® magazine
feels that it is important to accord due recognition to outstanding products
and services. When such products and services enter the market, they serve
as a standard for others to emulate and surpass. Thus, not only do they
represent the best of the customer interaction market space, they ensure the
continued vitality of the industry.
We realize that in the competitive, fast-paced
field of customer interaction, each accomplishment is soon succeeded by yet
another. Consequently, we’ve designed several awards programs, some of
which confer awards at annual or semi-annual intervals, while others
highlight special products and services on an issue-by-issue basis.
In
every issue of Customer Inter@ction
Solutions®, in the Technology Highlights and TMC Labs sections, we
present Editors’ Choice awards. In the TMC Labs section, TMC’s technology
editors decide which of the reviews in that issue were so impressive that
they merit an award. In the Technology Highlights section, the editors
single out the most impressive new releases for special attention.

each year, in the "Product of the Year" issue, the editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions®
take stock of the preceding year’s most significant new releases. We make
a special effort to represent the many different categories that are
gathered under the customer interaction umbrella to present our readers with
what we believe are the cream of the previous year’s crop of contact

Solutions magazine has published the industry benchmark for large
capacity/sized teleservices agencies, the annual Top 50 Teleservices
Agencies Ranking. This ranking, divided into inbound and outbound rankings
published in successive months, provides readers with a verifiable gauge of
the industry’s largest domestic and international players.

recognizes the commitment to high ethical standards and stringent policies
while meeting challenging goals contact centers implement to provide quality

Once each year, the TMC Labs Innovation Award is bestowed on products that
