CUSTOMER INTER@CTION
Solutions Magazine to Host First Annual Conference and
Expo in Atlanta
July Event Will
Highlight Contact Center Technology, CRM, E-Sales and
E-Service Solutions
Technology
Marketing Corporation (TMC), publisher of
CUSTOMER INTER@CTION Solutions Magazine, will
host the first annual
CUSTOMER INTER@CTION Solutions Conference and Expo
July 18-20 in Atlanta.
The conference will be held at the luxurious Cobb
Galleria and will focus on contact center technology,
management, CRM, e-sales and e-service solutions.
In today's tight economy, every sale is critical.
Yet too many businesses are losing sales when poor
customer service leads consumers to abandon online
transactions or when interminable "on-hold"
times drive customers to a competitor.
Companies need to use today's technologies to
improve the service they deliver. This special event
showcases these technologies in educational sessions
and on the exhibit floor.
It is a well-known fact that more market share is
gained and lost during poor economic times than at any
other time. This conference is where companies of all
types will learn how to use technology to improve
service and increase sales -- both online and on the
phone.
According to Rich Tehrani, conference co-chairman
and group publisher at TMC, the CIS Conference &
Expo is intended to bring together industry leaders in
an intimate setting.
"This conference will prove to be the
industry's No. 1 event dedicated to helping you make
the most of every interaction with your customers.
This event will help you to gain the knowledge you
need to operate a first-class customer contact center
utilizing the solutions you'll see at the show,"
predicted Tehrani. "By choosing an intimate
setting like the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, we are
providing the perfect atmosphere for cementing
existing relationships and generating profitable new
ones."
In addition to bringing together the leading
vendors in CRM, e-sales and e-service under one roof,
the CIS Conference and Expo also offers an educational
conference that includes contact center technology
solutions, e-sales and e-service solutions, human
resources solutions, innovative management solutions,
as well as 1/2 day workshops that focus on contact
center funding options and building a b-2-b
marketplace to increase efficiency.
Registration for the show is still open. Anyone
interested may register by phone, 800-243-6002, or by
visiting the Web
site.
Press registration is complimentary and includes a
full conference pass. Visit the TMC Web
site.
