TMC� Forms Strategic Partnership With Cylix Communications 

TMC� announced a strategic partnership with Cylix Communications. Cylix has extensive technology, telecommunications, ASP, and e-commerce expertise, which makes the company a good fit for TMC�.

TMC� publishes leading communications technology trade magazines Communications Solutions�, Customer Inter@ction Solutions�, Internet Telephony�, and Communications ASP�. In addition, TMC hosts a number of conferences and expos throughout the year, including Communications Solutions� Expo and Internet Telephony� Conference and Expo.

Through this agreement, Cylix Communications will provide public relations support at each of TMC's Expos. The Cylix services will include media relations, writing press releases and articles, direct mail and general event support, and more. Cylix will be on-site at Communications Solutions� Expo Spring 2001 in Washington, D.C., May 23-25, and managing the press room for exhibitors and media. Cylix will also be available to provide services for each of TMC's exhibitors.
