Verizon Business, a dealer in communications and IT solutions, has earned the “Master Unified Communication Specialization” from Cisco (News - Alert). This means that the company has fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco UC solutions.

 

According to Cisco officials, in order to achieve the Master Unified Communications (News - Alert) Specialization, partners must first attain the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization and then meet stringent requirements to demonstrate their master-level capabilities and customer success track record. To protect the integrity and value of the master specialization, Cisco requires an annual onsite audit and for that partners will be asked to provide validation of third-party certifications, proof of specific business processes, and proof of proficiency in unified communications technologies.
