SuperCaller Brought by Knowlarity Communications for Cloud Telephony

Pittsburg-based Knowlarity Communication has brought ‘SuperCaller’ with the key objective of developing a large scale MIS system using Web-based, mobile telephony platform to accumulate and disseminate information for needs of Indian Enterprises and Government.

The platform of the company, Knowlus, is based on the “ILAP” tetrad -- Innovation, Language-independence, Accessibility and Price effectiveness, according to company officials.

Knowlarity drives its business on three main aspects. One of the aspects is the customized application development for enterprise clients and government based on parametric/situational requirements, invoking calls and record responses through interactions from targeted mobile/landline users.

Company officials said that the second aspect is maintaining, evolving, and replicating business models suiting the needs of enterprise customers and government across verticals and pan geography.

The third aspect is driving innovation by using green initiative via paperless, power saving technologies and driving the growth in the industry using device independent, low-cost solutions with options of massive scalability.

Additionally, the company is working with major FMCG brands, online job portals, online travel portals, and more to boost its business by generating revenues via creation of leads/prospects for their esteemed clientele.

Ourba Ganguly, marketing manager at Knowlarity, said that the company’s platform is used across verticals and pan geography. “Our system is used in political promotion as well as maintaining on-the go MIS for supply chain management verticals.”
