Unlimited Extensions and up to Triple Free Minutes Introduced by Virtual PBX

New features for all VPBX standard plans have been announced by Virtual PBX (News - Alert). Hosted PBX services had been invented by Virtual PBX. The company is also the top supplier of hosted PBX services. An unlimited number of extensions and users will be included in every plan. An increase in the total number of minutes will also be included in most plans. The number of free minutes will be tripled for the company’s entry-level plan. New and existing clients can avail these new packages immediately.

In a release, Greg Brashier, chief operating officer of Virtual PBX said, “Virtual PBX is dedicated to provide the best overall solutions to our customers, and with recent technological advances by the company, we are now in the position to provide even more features and functionality without raising prices. Today’s announcement allows customers to now base their purchasing decision on the number of minutes needed for the month. Our users can customize their plans and take advantage of unlimited extensions.”

Unlimited extensions are included in each of the standard plans, VPBX-5, VPBX-10, VPBX-20 and VPBX-50. At no added costs, users will now be able to set up as many extensions as desired. With additional free minutes and free conferencing, the plans’ values have further increased. Virtual PBX’s unique product features, like TrueACD queuing, virtual fax, real-time monitoring and reporting, and Web-based management are also included in each offering.

Without having to buy, install or maintain traditional on-site phone equipment, the benefits of a full-featured phone system can be enjoyed by Virtual PBX customers. The expense and complexity of setting up a business phone system is therefore eliminated. Employees can work from home or branch offices as the calls can be routed to employees working in any location. The calls can also follow then from phone to phone as required. Existing phone numbers either toll-free or local numbers can be used by Virtual PBX. Alternatively, Virtual PBX can also assign new numbers. The standard plans for unlimited extensions start at $9.99 a month. The plans also include 300 plan minutes and 300 conference minutes.
