Global Response To Handle Customer
Service For Hershey
Global Response, a
full-service contact center, has signed an agreement with Hershey Foods
Corp. to handle inbound catalog customer orders and customer service.
Because orders for chocolate can be customized and are time and
temperature sensitive, the Global Response technology team customized
Palettech, its award winning call center software, to support the Hershey
gift-giving business rules.
Located in a warm climate, Global Response will not be affected by the
powerful winter storms that Hershey contends with at the height of their
ordering season.

Super, Hershey's Catalog Business Unit Manager. "Global Response's
special capabilities servicing the catalog industry will be a strong asset
to our operations, particularly in the coming holiday season."
Global Response's CEO, Herman Shooster, said, "As a Pennsylvania
