TODD Video Network Management And MetraTech Announce Strategic Partnership For Streamlined Billing Solution

TODD Video Network Management, Inc. (formerly TODD Communications, Inc.) and MetraTech, the web services billing solution provider, announced a strategic partnership which will provide video communication service providers and application service providers (ASPs) with a robust billing system. Under this partnership, TODD will interface its TC Reliance Video Manager software with MetraTech's metering technology to capture rich video transaction data and enable
real-time billing of video services. Working together, MetraTech and TODD will offer video service providers a complete solution of video network management, web-based billing, bill presentation, and online payment. 

TODD's TC Reliance Video Manager is a suite of software products that provide multi-site video networks of any size, type, or configuration with the software tools necessary to manage distance learning, telejustice, telemedicine, enterprise conferencing, broadcasting, or surveillance applications over any network. With the integration of MetraTech's billing platform, TODD's customers can automate collection of service usage, quickly deliver new services, and create new revenue streams.
