Vertical Solutions Releases PowerHelp Millennium
7 CRM Software Suite
Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI)
announced the latest commercial release of its completely Web based
PowerHelp Millennium software suite. PowerHelp Millennium 7 was released
early in the second quarter to selected clients and has received an
extremely positive response.
Two major enhancements in this latest version are the data level XML
architecture and Web Services. These technologies have enabled VSI to
offer one of the most customizable CRM solutions available. PowerStudio
and PowerServices will allow clients to customize data placement and
easily achieve tight integrations with other systems. Due to the
significant autonomy and capability of these two modules, both will be
purchase options requiring training certification from VSI.

With multiple support and sales specific views or a complete 360 degree
view of customer interactions, PowerHelp Millennium offers functionality
that provides a seamless single point of contact for all your current and
prospective customers. Support organizations have the ability to increase
their performance by using PowerHelp's contract management, change
management, text search, knowledge management, email integration, CTI
integration, and several Web portal and mobile options. Support and sales
management teams have the ability to pinpoint issues using several
extensive reporting options, including business intelligence and
analytics. Sales groups also have several new views and queue options
available to easily organize and maximize their efforts.
PowerHelp Millennium 7 extends outside of the enterprise by the use of
several untethered products. Both support and sales environments have
remote capabilities by utilizing PowerHelp Millennium 7's tight MS Outlook
2000 integration, in either an online or off-line mode, or VSI's PowerPalm
series of handheld mobile solutions.
