VisionWare Launches, Company Delivers
CRM-Enabling Solutions For Customer Interaction Centers
VisionWare, Inc. was officially launched today. The
company markets TELE-SCOPE, a CRM enabling software solution that
effectively manages all customer interactions and easily adapts to meet a
company's current infrastructure and business processes.
VisionWare, Inc. acquired TELE-SCOPE in November of 2001 from Davis
Software, a Dallas-based systems integrator, who originally developed the
TELE-SCOPE product in 1988 as a software product for call centers.
VisionWare is currently marketing the software under the same product
name. Tim Davis, the original developer of TELE-SCOPE, assumes the role of
president and CTO of VisionWare. Davis Software will remain in business as a systems integrator
specializing in client-specific software development.
"VisionWare was founded as a separate entity from Davis Software
to more accurately reflect the company's expertise and concentrate on the
TELE-SCOPE product line," explained Tim Davis, president and founder
of VisionWare, Inc., "Davis Software is a client-specific, software
development organization. VisionWare is a software company that is
completely focused on enhancing, manufacturing, and marketing
TELE-SCOPE."
According to Davis, today's CRM solutions just don't work. "They
are fragmented, expensive, difficult to implement, and don't adapt to a
company's existing business processes," continued Davis. "We
founded VisionWare to prove that CRM enabling software can be what
everyone envisions it should be a single solution that successfully
manages all customer interactions, simply, easily, and
cost-effectively."
VisionWare's flagship product, TELE-SCOPE, is unique among CRM software
