Digisoft Releases Telescript Version 5.5

Digisoft Computers announced the release of Telescript 5.5. The new version includes increased campaign management capabilities, reporting enhancements and additional predictive dialing options.

Built for complete campaign flexibility, COM object technology enables any manager with appropriate security rights to integrate virtually any Visual Basic or web application into the calling campaign, opening the market to an unlimited number of add-on products. Additionally, database management features have been added to increase the speed and ease of use for call center supervisors.

"The ability to integrate multiple products within a single platform is vital to our clients and COM object technology provides the basis for expanded integration," remarked Robert Garber, Executive Vice President of Digisoft. "Furthermore, as the industry becomes increasingly complex, Digisoft continues to provide scalable, leading edge solutions."

With new database management capabilities, Telescript can now provide additional importing and exporting options, easing the burden on supervisors. Campaign and agent reports have been added and enhanced to include emailing reports, tighter security and advanced search options when searching for call recordings.

With the new release, Telescript will automatically allocate lines for any predictive dialing campaign. Furthermore, remote monitoring through the dialer and the option to monitor a specific terminal add to an already robust dialing platform.
