CTI2 Announces InTouch Messaging Platform
CTI Squared (CTI2) announced the
InTouch messaging platform, enabling service providers to deploy multiple
enhanced services in a modular fashion to targeted groups of customers
using a single platform. The messaging platform meets the needs of service
providers for flexible messaging offerings and provides a smooth upgrade
path from legacy voicemail platforms to next generation IP-based
platforms.
InTouch offers a modular design and open architecture, enabling service
providers to shake off restrictions of legacy systems, reduce reliance on
multiple application vendors, improve time-to-market and profitability by
deploying services with proven business models, and lower the total cost
of ownership.
"One of the major benefits of CTI2's InTouch platform is that it
represents a next-generation solution with IP capabilities, from which
migration to unified communications and support for additional enhanced
services can be offered incrementally and smoothly," said Ronald Gruia,
program leader for Enterprise Communications Solutions at Frost &
Sullivan.
"One size does not fit all," said Boaz Gruener, vice president of
marketing and product management of CTI2. "Our customers want services
that will increase their ARPU (revenue per user) while decreasing their
operations costs and investments. With InTouch, service providers are able
to pick-and-choose the services that make sense to their business
situation and user needs. The modularity of our product will lower their
risk, and the variety of services will give them and their users an
unmatched selection of features -- all available on one platform.
