NightFire Unveils Professional Services Products That Help Telecom Carriers Optimize Operations

NightFire unveiled a set of post-implementation professional service packages for communication service providers. Provided as elements of NightFire SureFire Plus, the new services are designed to help communication service providers achieve peak provisioning performance.

NightFire SureFire Plus is made up of service packages:

1. Operations Performance Analysis and Recommendation: NightFire's expert consultants will work with the operations team to uncover issues and bottlenecks in a communication service provider's provisioning processes. Methods and procedures will be recommended for increasing operational performance and productivity.
2. Order Fallout Analysis and Business Rule Implementation: NightFire consultants will train the customer's analysts to identify the source of errors and use NightFire Rule Designer to implement new business rules to reduce errors and order fallout.
3. Reporting: NightFire will work with the customer to implement management reports and to establish a schedule for reviewing those reports.
4. Technical Analysis Recommendation: NightFire technical consultants will review the customer's technical environment, work with IT staff to remove performance bottlenecks, and recommend how to tune the system.

Customers using any of NightFire's products -- NightFire Access, NightFire Broadband, NightFire Local, NightFire Wireless, and NightFire Toolkit -- can purchase the complete NightFire SureFire Plus bundle or the individual service packages.

NightFire SureFire Plus complements NightFire SureFire Deployment Guarantee, which guarantees customers will be up and running placing automated orders with up to three trading partners in 45 days.
