Clear Technologies Releases Web-Based Version Of
Its Engage CRM Application
Clear Technologies, Inc.,
developers of Engage Customer Loyalty Software, announced the availability
of the Web-based version of their popular customer relationship management
(CRM) suite.
The latest release offers a rich graphical experience in a simple to
use browser interface using Macromedia Flash. Additionally, the product
leverages the infrastructure and security of Lotus Domino by Lotus
Development Corp., to provide a flexible, secure method of storing and
retrieving company data.
"Migrating to a Web-based architecture is the future of CRM
applications," said Greg Colley, President of Clear Technologies.
"Whether employees are in the office, on the road, or remote, they
need to be able to securely access real-time customer-related
information."
The new release offers additional capabilities and numerous feature
enhancements as well. For example, customizable portals, customer
relationship analytics, and Web Touch, which allows transparent and
automatic tracking as visitors navigate a Web site.
