MUSIC Telecom Increases Call Recording
Integrations With Addition Of Avaya Callmaster V
MUSIC Telecom, Inc. announced
one of the digital voice recording industry's first integrations for the
Avaya Callmaster V agent telephone. This integration completes MUSIC
Telecom's AVAYA offering for the DAC product family of digital station tap
recording cards.
MUSIC's DAC products are featured in their recently released DigiLog
packages, which offer digital voice recording developers a complete
recording hardware package for digital station passive tap products.
MUSIC Telecom cards are designed to fit the requirements of developers
building flexible call recording systems. The DAC product family is
designed to record conversations directly from digital PBX telephone sets
and are utilized in call centers, quality assurance, public safety and
financial institutions. The recording of customer interactions is done to
improve an individual agent's performance, training of agents, call center
improvement, compliance and dispute resolution.
"This integration puts another feather in our cap and allows our
customers to expand their product offerings to the end user. The
Callmaster V agent telephone was one of our missing links, which allow our
customers to better serve the call center market. We are committed to
adding additional integrations at an aggressive pace over the next year
which will further enhance our customers' products and set MUSIC apart as
the industry leader in this technology," stated Ron Romanchik, Vice
President of Sales & Marketing.
MUSIC Telecom is aggressively pursuing additional PBX integrations for
its DAC product line and is committed to offering several more by the end
of its first quarter.
